Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". This is very important to us to not have phones out for our ceremony photos. We have hired professionals to capture this moment and we promise to share our photos as soon we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

While we love your loved ones, due to venue capacity, we ask only those named on invitation are in attendance.

Can I bring my kids?

Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend invitations to those included in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding in advance that only those guests specifically mentioned on invitations may attend the wedding.

How long should I plan for it to take to get from the Springhill Suites to the Clay Theatre?

Please plan for this drive to take at least an hour. If you are taking an Uber/Lyft, add an additional 15 minutes for call time. The location of this hotel was strategically chosen for its convenience to the airport, venue, and surrounding activities/nightlife available.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. We recommend applying sunscreen and packing a pair of sunglasses for your travel to the sunshine state! The reception will be held indoors. All ground surfaces are either hardscape or even turf so heels can easily be worn in comfort throughout the evening.

What is the weather like in Florida in May?

Daily temperatures range from mid 70's to upper 80's. We highly recommend packing an umbrella and rain coat for your travels. If rain is present in the forecast, don't let it scare you aware from a beach day! Forecasts will often predict showers while rain will quickly move into/out of the area.
